These are small beads, between the standard 11/0 and very small 15/0. These hanks weight about 12.8 grams with the strings. Each strand unfolded is approx 12” long, one hank has 12 strands.

When it comes to seed bead sizing, the general rule is that the larger the size number, the smaller the bead. Czech seed beads are typically sold in hanks, which consist of 12 strands folded in half to create a bundle with 24 thread ends tied off. These beads may show slight variations in size and shape from batch to batch, or even within the same hank, lending a more organic or bohemian feel to your finished piece.
